NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Florence shall hold a public hearing on the 11th day of May 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Said hearing will be held at the Florence Town Hall, 11893 Thomson Corners-Florence Road, Florence, New York to consider an amendment to the local law for Short Term Rentals in the Town of Florence, New York.
A full text is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours or by request. All persons wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the time and place aforestated or have written comments submitted to the Town Board prior to that time and date. Any person requiring special accommodations to attend and participate in such public hearing should notify the Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
The monthly meeting of the Florence Town Board will immediately follow the public hearings.

Town Hall Hours
The Town Hall is open for business every Tuesday and Wednesday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm unless otherwised noted in the Local Queen Central Newspaper.
